The Windmill (風車 Fūsha) is a location from ICO.

Walkthrough

After leaving the Dark Room, you will arrive at a place with a windmill standing on an open cliff. First, jump from the collapsed debris to the edge of the windmill wall and continue to climb higher and higher. When you reach the top of the windmill, jump onto the spinning blades from the right side of it. It is easiest to jump on the left side of the blades, near the base of the blades. Even if you fail to jump onto the blades, the game will not be over immediately because there is a pond below. Once you caught the blade, move to the right end of it. When the blade rotates to the top, press the button to jump to the platform above the windmill. After that, proceed along the path, and at the end of the collapsed cliff, press the lever to call Yorda from the overhanging platform, save your game on the sofa, and then go to the next stage.
